Cancellation Policy

The Hide Room is an adult and appointment driven establishment. We want to focus on the client in the chair and we ask that we all respect each other’s time. We do not accept walk ins unless a full service slot is available, so we don’t cut into another patron’s reservation. Please be punctual.

*There is a 10 minute grace period for being late*

*To reschedule or cancel, please refer to your email confirmation. We kindly ask that you give at least 1 hour or more of notice for these*

*Cancellation Fee – There will be a 50% charge of the service booked for no shows and late cancellations*

*Appointments can’t be cancelled with an hour or less before the appointment*
